Ghana’s Economy Very Stable Under Akufo-Addo- Sticka
The Member of Parliament for Nhyiaeso Constituency, Hon. Dr. Stephen Amoah has said that Ghana’s economy is very stable under President Akufo-Addo.
He indicated that the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) wants to cast dust into the eyes of the public that the economy is devastated.
Speaking on “Talk Ghana”, a flagship program on Wontumi Radio/TV, he noted the interest rate on loans has reduced drastically in Akufo-Addo’s era.
“Before President Akufo-Addo, the interest rate on loans was 37% but now it has reduced drastically,” Sticka said.
The former CEO of MASLOC added that the inflation rate in the NDC era was 15.4% but now it has declined to 7.8%.
“NDC debt increment in their era was unprecedented when compared to NPP,” he told Oheneba Nana Asiedu.
Sticka was emphatic that Akufo-Addo and the NPP are on course fixing the country saying Ghanaians should exercise patience.
