A Ghanaian gay man and his foreign husband have gotten married in a lovely ceremony held in Germany.
A video from the ceremony which GhanaCelebrities.Com has spotted online shows the couple looking happy and fulfilled after their beautiful ceremony had been completed.
The two walked out of the wedding venue and shared a kiss of happiness before continuing into their car to take them on the next scheduled step of their wedding program.
Watch the video below…
The video shows how a tolerant society can make everyone happy without necessarily breaking down as Ghanaians claim; because Germany is 100 times a better country than Ghana yet allow gays to marry.
If God had any wrath to rain on Germans for legalising gay marriage, he is taking his sweet time to show it.
Meanwhile, in Ghana, we are spending all our time fighting the LGBT when we have a million issues needing fixing.
Do we have to list them? Unemployment, bad roads, failing healthcare, insane cost of living etc.
There is a reason the fix the country protests started in the first place!
Yet that has been relegated to the background to fight a battle against gay people who have nothing to do with the problems facing Ghana.
If two gay people can marry in Germany and the country still remains one of the best places to live on earth – with many Ghanaians ready to go there if offered a visa right now! – then we should know our priorities are skewed and we should pressure our MPS to fix the real challenges we’re facing.
Sam George and his homophobic bill would not fix the country.
