Ghana Not Island, Fuel Price Has Skyrocketed Globally – GOIL CEO
The Chief Executive Officer for GOIL Company, Kwame Osei- Prempeh says fuel price has skyrocketed globally and that it’s not only Ghana that is experiencing fuel hardship.
According to Kwame Osei- Prempeh his recent travel abroad indicated that Ghana is having the cheapest fuel price.
He said this when confirming the reduction on fuel prices to Oheneba Nana Asiedu on Wontumi Morning Show.
“We know GOIL is for Ghanaians and for that matter the strike by the commercial drivers made us reduce it,” Kwame Osei- Prempeh said
The GOIL CEO pleaded that Ghanaians should be gratified with the output of the oil company.
He stressed that Ghana will collapse should Ghanaians continue to call for a reduction in the fuel price.
But Kwame Osei- Prempeh was quick to say if Ghanaians will help the GOIL company increase in volume sales of its products, the company will make more sales and thus, will reduce the price of fuel drastically.
