Ghana Meteorological Agency Outlines Measures To Combat Climate Change

The Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMA) has educated Ghanaians on what to do to reduce climate change.

According to the Public Relations Officer for the GMA, Papa Nii Clegg, human activities contribute massively to climate change.

Speaking on Wontumi Radio Morning Show, he mentioned some of the activities like building of houses on waterways, dumping of refuse at wrongful areas, and afforestation.

Nii Clegg added that the use of fossil fuels also contribute to climate change.

He advised Ghanaians to stick to the use of solar energy, weed energy and plant more trees to fight climate change.
