The Atwima Nwabiagya North Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Raphael Osei Owusu has jabbed detractors of Chairman Wontumi saying their plots to smear him with galamsey activities have backfired.
His statement comes after President Akufo-Addo declared on Wednesday, 4/01/2023 that Akonta Mining Company is not engaged in any galamsey activity in the country.
Participating on Wontumi TV Morning Show, he said Chairman Wontumi is not destroying water bodies.
