A communications team member of the New Patriotic Party, Jamaludeen has praised the government for fulfilling the one district one ambulance campaign promise.
During the 2016 campaign, President Nana Akufo-Addo promised to provide one ambulance for every constituency to improve the health sector.
“In the time of the New Democratic Congress (NDC), the total number of ambulance available in the country was 50. 28 out of the total number was available for use. Users had to pay for the services for emergency. The NPP government has changed the narrative not only with the provision of ambulance but also with free services.”, he said.
Today, death caused by no ambulance as reduced, he explained.
