#FixTheCountry Demo: Church Disowns Tithes, Offering Statement By Pastor
The Evangelical Methodist mission has disassociated itself from the unguarded comment made by Apostle Adjei at the recent #fixthecountry demonstration.
In a viral video Apostle Adjei stated that, members of his church are unable to pay tithes and offering because the economy is hard for them.
With regards to this, the church in a press release sighted by Wontumionline.com has said that, the utterance made by the Apostle does not represent the position of the Evangelical Methodist church.
Part of the release indicated that, Apostle Adjei’s association with the church is under review.
