Finance Committee Member Predicts 2022 Budget
A member of the Finance Committee in Parliament, Hon Stephen Amoah fondly called Sticka has made predictions on the 2022 budget which would be tabled in Parliament tomorrow.
According to Sticka, the 2022 budget will focus on the upshot the COVID has had on the economy.
Appearing on Wontumi Radio Morning Show, he added that the budget will also focus on measures the government has put in place to generate revenue to foster development.
“It will also point on the country’s debt during the NDC era,” he said.
The Nhyiaeso constituency MP further anticipated that the budget will tackle unemployment matters.
“Unemployment issue has been there since time immemorial. Population growth has outweighed the number of jobs being created,” Sticka indicated.
