The family of late veteran actor and cultural icon, William Addo, has announced the date for his burial and final funeral rites.
The final funeral rites will take place six months after his passing, scheduled for Saturday, 2nd May 2026.
The family has appealed to all well-wishers to come and pay their last respects and celebrate the life of the late actor.
In a statement, they expressed deep appreciation for the support, prayers, and condolences received since his passing, noting that such gestures have been a source of comfort during this difficult period.
Mr. Addo passed away on 22nd November 2025 at the age of 76 after a prolonged illness.
In his later years, he struggled with serious health challenges, including visual impairment resulting from glaucoma and cataracts.
