The Ahafo Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwabena Owusu Sekyere has said that John Mahama is very trickish in his statement to cancel ex gratia when voted as President again.
Owusu Sekyere noted that John Mahama didn’t cancel the ex gratia in 2015 when he was President but after Ghanaians voted him out he has come back with sugarcoated words.
“If this is what John Mahama is saying then he should pack all the ex gratia he has received and send to the consolidated bank,” he told Oheneba Nana Asiedu.
According to the NPP Chairman, he is not shocked about the former President’s silly response to those asking him to refund the ex gratia he has received.
“John Mahama once said if we build roads with gold, Ashantis won’t appreciate,” he quoted.
John Mahama has nothing to offer Ghanaians again.
“John Mahama’s era has ended. NDC should get a different candidate for the 2024 election. They will lose again if they elect John Mahama to lead them,” he said.
