The Empowering Better Life (EBL) Foundation has made a generous donation to students of Papaase St. Peters Catholic School, demonstrating its commitment to supporting education and empowering young minds.

The donation, led by the foundation’s CEO, Mrs. Alma Adade-Prempeh, included sanitary pads for female students preparing for the 2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE), as well as mathematical sets, notebooks, hand sanitizers, pens and snacks for all students.

In addition to the educational materials, the foundation donated two modern printers to the school, along with an undisclosed amount of money to further support the institution’s needs. This gesture is a testament to the foundation’s dedication to providing resources that foster academic excellence and personal growth.

The donation ceremony followed a financial literacy and ethical leadership program organized by the EBL Foundation for the students. During the event, Mrs. Adade-Prempeh emphasized the importance of ethical decision-making, urging the students to refrain from transactional sex and other harmful practices. She also stressed the value of parents spending quality time with their children, highlighting the role that families play in shaping young minds.

“We believe that every child deserves access to quality education and the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our foundation is committed to supporting initiatives that empower young people and equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed,” Mrs. Adade-Prempeh said.

A total of 2,662 students will benefit from the donation, which is expected to have a significant impact on their academic endeavors.

The students expressed their gratitude for the kind gesture, acknowledging that the support would go a long way in enhancing their learning experience.

The EBL Foundation’s initiative is a shining example of the positive impact that corporate social responsibility can have on education and community development. By investing in the next generation, the foundation is helping to build a brighter future for Ghana’s youth.
