E-Levy Is A Catalyst To Drive Private Sector Investments- NPP
Director of Communications for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Lawyer Buabeng Asamoah has affirmed that the electronic levy will trigger the productivity of the private sector investment both local and foreign.
Lawyer Buabeng Asamoah emphasized that the E-levy is an opportunity to transform the local indigenous capital into local production.
Addressing the Press in Kumasi on Friday, he said the NPP is changing the face of the economy.
According to Lawyer Buabeng Asamoah, the ruling party is using agribusiness, petroleum production, the digital harbour which will soon be introduced et al as pillars in the economic face changing.
He urged that the forefathers fought for political independence and that it’s high time “we also fought for economic independence.”
“Times have changed and it’s time to be pragmatic and move beyond politics,” he appealed.
The NPP Communications Director made a passionate appeal to NPP members to step out and bodily educate Ghanaians on E-levy.
