Captain Smart‘s issues appear to be far from over, the NPP are willing to drag him down to the very depths of hell.
According to two NPP critics of Smart, Hopeson Adorye and Ernest Owusu Bempah, he has been dragged to court by Dr Kwaku Oteng.
According to their ‘investigation’, Captain Smart is in posession of a Toyota Land Cruiser he received from Dr Kwaku Oteng during his time at Angel Fm.
They claim Dr Oteng has been chasing Captain Smart for months to return the car with no success.
The case has therefore been dragged before a judge who has allegedly issued a bench warrant for Captain Smart to return the car.
The two NPP loudmouths congregated on Kennedy Agyapong’s Net 2 TV to launch their attacks on Captain Smart.
According to them, the bench warrant has been issued for months now and Captain Smart has refused to heed to the judge’s orders.
They mocked him for disobeying the court’s orders whilst on television all the time screaming for the country to be fixed.
According to their submission, fixing the country also entails making the laws work therefore Captain Smart must face the law.
They petitioned the police to ensure Captain Smart returns the car.
Other allegations they lobbed at Captain Smart include alleging he has a service passport, a type of diplomatic passport which should only be owned by government employees.
