Dr Bawumia Is The Most Outstanding Vice President Of The 4th Republic- Akufo-Addo
The President of the Republic, Akufo-Addo has praised Dr Bawumia as the most outstanding Vice President of the 4th Republic.
The President made this known in his tribute to the late Hajia Mariama, mother of Dr Bawumia at Walewale in the Northern Region.

“Hajia Mariama was the mother of a man generally acknowledged as the most outstanding Vice President of the 4th Republic,” he said.
However, according to Akufo-Addo, Hajia Mariama was a devoted wife to one of the most prominent statesmen and a leading spirit of the formation of the Nothern People’s Party thus Alhaji Mumuni Bawumia.
He said Hajia Mariama was a woman of the independent generation.
“Ghanaians thank you for your service. May you rest in the bosom of the Almighty until the last day of resurrection that we all meet again,” Akufo-Addo bemoaned.
