A Journalist by name Frank Kwabi-Larbi, popularly known as “Kwaku Dawuro”, has cautioned people who undermine the court to bring it to an end.
Speaking with Oheneba Nana Asiedu in a studio interview on Movement TV, he stated that the court works with facts and evidence which is based on merit,
“If you are not happy about a court ruling, you have the right to go for a review of the decision-making process. Do not condemn the authority of the court because the law did not rule in your favor”. We should not prepare the grounds for Ghanaians to loose faith in court”, he said.
“We have lessen the power and dignity of most of our state Institutions with exception of Ghana armed forces”, he added
He indicated that we cannot develop as a country if we undermine the Supreme court and the judiciary because they are the backbone of the country in law enforcement.
