The Ellembelle New Patriotic Party (NPP) has cautioned the lawmaker of the area, Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah to stop politicizing the death of one Andrew Donkor.
35-year-old Andrew Donkor, a resident of Teleku Bokazo was allegedly shot on April 1st, 2022 by security personnel on the premises of Nkroful magistrate court during the prosecution of some illegal small-scale miners arrested from Adamus Resources Limited mines concession but was subsequently pronounced dead on the same day.
Speaking on the Privilege Morning Show on Wontumi TV, the NPP Constituency Chairman for the area, Sampson Ndoli aka ‘One Man’ bemoaned that the death of Andrew Donkor is regrettable but the temperament of the NDC MP is tarnishing Ellembelle.
According to “One Man”, Andrew Donkor was an NPP Executive in the area.
He said on Thursday, August 18, 2022, during the funeral of the deceased, the MP went to the funeral grounds amidst a brass brand procession that he has taken the company to court to seek justice for the family.
