Deputy Ministers To Be Catalyst For NPP To Break The 8 – Old-Tafo MP
The Member of Parliament for Old-Tafo Constituency, Hon. Vincent Ekow Assafua, says he is confident the Deputy Ministers will work to propel the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) to break the eight years jinx.
According to Hon. Ekow Assafua, the “39 Deputy Ministers will do a yeoman’s for NPP to win the 2024 general elections.”
Speaking on Wontumi Radio and TV’s Morning Show on Monday, He indicated that, the Deputy Ministers are hungry and thirsty to work for development.
He stressed that; the Deputy Ministers might even perform better than the substantive Ministers.
The Old-Tafo Constituency MP, emphasized that, when the period of time for the Deputy Ministers is due, their work will justify their appointment.
However, he said that President Akufo-Addo knows why he appointed three deputy Ministers for both Trade and Industry and the Energy Ministries.
“If I was the President, I would have appointed over hundred deputy Ministers because the the constitution does not give any cutoff line.” Hon. Ekow Assafuah said
