CPP Will Never Resurrect- Allotey Jacobs Predicts
A former Central Regional Chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Allotey Jacobs has predicted that Kwame Nkrumah’s CPP will never resurrect.
According to him, the red cockerel party will only be re-awakened by its name.
In an interview on Wontumi Morning Show, Allotey Jacobs accentuated that, the opposition party is a tradition that its founder has taken the tradition away.
According to him, he was trained by the CPP and not NDC so he knows the history of the party extremely well.
He revealed that Alhaji Imoro Egala was the person who was able to revive the red cockerel tradition after Kwame Nkrumah.
“Apart from Kwame Nkrumah and Akufo-Addo I have never come across a politician like Imoro Egala,” Allotey Jacob said.
