A communications member for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Solomon Asante, has cautioned Ghanaians to be extra careful due to the comeback of the Covid-19 pandemic.
He said, ‘’Covid-19 is on the rise again, Ghanaians must re-visit the safety protocols; the wearing of mask, washing of hands, using sanitizers and practicing social distance to protect ourselves from the deadly virus has become very significant again”.
“I am pleading with everyone to take care of themselves because the pandemic is becoming more deadly. Don’t be victim-stay safe”, he added.
According to a report by the World Health Organization, from 3rd January 2022 to 5:22pm on 7th June, 2022, there have been 161,795 confirmed Covid-19 cases with 1.445 deaths as at 22nd May, 2022.
