CID ‘Cancels’ Invitation To Prophet Nigel Gaisie
The reported invitation to the Founder and Leader of Prophetic Hill Chapel, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service over his December 31 prophecies has been cancelled.
According to a press release by management of the church, Prophet Gaisie received a phone call on Thursday, February 24 from the CID headquarters that the planned appearance has been cancelled.
The release said the caller said that “further instructions have come for them to stand down the invitation”.
News of the said invitation was broken by Accra FM presenter Kwabena Bobie Ansah on Wednesday.
He had hinted that the CID had invited the man of God over his prophecies, which were about a nation called Umuofia.
With the latest development, there will no longer be a visit of the Prophet to the CID headquarters on Monday, February 28.
“We reiterate that Prophet Nigel Gaisie is a responsible citizen of Ghana and will not do anything or say anything to undermine the space and security of this country,” management’s press release said.
“As a Prophet of God he is committed to the building of a cohesive society.”
