First Vice Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Ashanti region, Kwabena Nsenkyire, has advised the party to stick with Chairman Wontumi as leader of the party in Ashanti region.
He explained on Wontumi TV/Radio which was monitored by Wontumionline that the leadership of Chairman Wontumi is better than that of the General Secretary for the National Democratic Congress, Johnson Asiedu Nketia.

According to him if a party like the NDC is even comfortable with their leaders like Asiedu Nketia and Sammy Gyamfi, then the NPP must stick to Chairman Wontumi
He noted that critics of Chairman Wontumi should start weighing his strengths and weakness and they would come to a realization that his strength outweighs his weakness.
