The Ashanti Regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) together with the party’s National Organizer have led a jama group to set Assin North ablaze through their chant songs.

The theme for the jama was to declare the NPP as winners of the impending elections.

Churches within the Assin North township continue to warmly receive Charles Opoku and Chairman Wontumi as they go about campaigning ahead of the by-election.

In an exclusive video in the possession of Wontumi Multimedia, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP’s) parliamentary candidate for Assin North together with the Ashanti Regional Chairman of his party, were seen kneeling before children for prayers.

During one of their visits to a church, a female child was made to pray for them and she set the tone by praying: “Heavenly father I ask of you to prevent every form of violence that is being orchestrated concerning this by-election. We ask you to descend and become the judge and ensure our father (Charles Opoku) emerges victorious. We live everything in your care and when everything has been done, we would meet again and give you the glory. Through your grace we pray, amen”.
