Leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has officially assigned one of their members to openly mock the Ashanti Regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for visiting the Kumawu Presbyterian church.
Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako aka Chairman Wontumi was captured on his knees seeking God’s guidance on the impending Kumawu by-election.
However Akoto Christopher, an assignee of the National Chairman for the NDC, John Asiedu Nketia, openly mocked Chairman Wontumi in a social media post for visiting the Kumawu Presbyterian Church.
The NDC man commented that:
‘Wo stronghold mpo nie’
‘Wontumi on knee begging’
Kumawu is considered a stronghold of the NPP and the party is expected to win the impending by-election.
