A member of the New Patriotic Party communications team has slammed the Speaker of Parliament for entertaining mediocrity from the minority MPs who tabled a censure motion to oust Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta.
Mr. Daniel Teiko believes Hon. Alban Bagbin shouldn’t dance to the tune of the minority MPs who are using their numbers in parliament to promote propaganda.
The Minority filed a motion to have the Minister of Finance removed. The motion was referred to an 8-member ad-hoc committee for hearing.
However, the Finance Minister has absolved himself of the allegations levelled against him by the Minority in their censure motion against him.
Mr. Ken Ofori-Atta said the NDC group cannot substantiate their claims against him.
He thus asked them to eschew partisanship and rather focus on togetherness in making the nation stronger.
