When it comes to birthday presents, Cardi B and Offset are a pair that don’t hold back.
For his wife’s 29th birthday in October, the Migos musician surprised her with a mansion in her family’s native Dominican Republic.
Cardi returned the favor by showering Offset with gifts as he celebrated his 30th birthday this week.
On Tuesday night, Offset, who turned 30 earlier this month on December 14, hosted a sneaker-themed birthday celebration at Sneakertopia in Los Angeles with family and friends.
Cardi B took to the stage during the “Sneaker Ball” festivities to reveal her birthday gift to her husband: a 2 million dollar cheque.
Kanye West, The Game, French Montana, and his Migos brothers Quavo and Takeoff were all on the guest list for Offset’s 30th birthday event.
When Kanye arrived with his longtime friend/producer 88-Keys, he dapped up Quavo and had a little conversation.
Last week, on Offset’s real 30th birthday, Cardi B wished her husband a happy birthday on Instagram with a touching post.
She said, “Happy birthday to my huuuusband, best friend, and babydaaadddyyy,” with a slideshow of intimate family memories. “I adore you and am so proud of you. We’ve accomplished so much as a team. I like the man you’re growing into and the father you’ve become.”
Later, she posted some footage of her husband with the check, showing just how excited he was about the money as he flashed a huge smile.
We know Fella Makafui is watching and she can’t wait to gift Medikal a house or car as a publicity stunt for his next birthday. But I digress.
