Officials from the National Intelligence Bureau have reportedly besieged the home of Rev. Ntim Fordjour, Member of Parliament for Assin South, with the intention of arresting him.
In an official FaceBook post by the General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Justin Koduah Frimpong, he disclosed that the National Intelligence Bureau (NIB) is currently at Hon. Ntim Fordjour’s resident to arrest him, with the hastag #SayNoToStateIntimidation.
In a related development, the Old Tafo Member of Parliament, Hon. Vincent Ekow Assafuah, also took to Facebook to vent his anger over the attempt to arrest his colleague MP by the NIB.
He posted “They should arrest all the 88 then. Simply intolerant Government. I stand with Rev. Ntim Fordjour”
