An astute member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Lawyer George Oppong is calling on the party to blame their MPs who saw no wrong voting for Alban Bagbin to become Speaker of Parliament.
Addressing the brouhaha that has surrounded the rejection of the 2022 budget by minority members of Parliament, Lawyer George stated that “blame the selfish NPP MPs who voted for Bagbin. They think they have arrived”.
He also took a swipe at the NDC Parliamentarians on Wontumi TV insisting that they know their party is doomed if the 2022 budget gets approved.
“They know the budget would let them remain in opposition forever”, Lawyer Oppong said.
