President Akufo-Addo has been advised by a political and trend analyst to blacklist former President John Mahama due to some undiplomatic traits he has exhibited following his 2020 defeat.
Nana Oteatuoso Kokobeng II, in an interview on Wontumi TV’s Agenda 2024 show which was monitored by Wontumionline.com, stated that failure on the part of Mr. Mahama to congratulate President Akufo-Addo after the 2020 elections is enough reason for the President to place him on blacklist.
The seasoned politician pleaded with President Akufo-Addo to also cease the 2020 flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) from representing Ghana on any international assignment.
“When John Mahama had the chance to rule Ghana, he did little for us so today if he is not in power, what more can he do for us?…President Akufo-Addo doesn’t need his congratulatory message before he can perform his duties. It won’t bring food to our table or pay school fees for our children”, the astute politician said.
