Be Measured On The Insults On Leaders- Hon. Atta Boafo Advises Twene Jonas, Others
A former Member of Parliament for Fomena Constituency, Hon Atta Boafo, has admonished Twene Jonas and other Ghanaian youth who have recently go on beserk raining insults on the leaders of the country.
According to him, Twene Jonas et al must know that they will reap what they are sowing if they don’t stop insulting the leaders.
Hon. Atta Boafo told the listeners and viewers of Wontumi Radio and TV Morning Show that, persons who were born before the introduction of computers knows the consequences of insulting authorities.
“The social media was introduced to improve our living standards but we are using it to insult people,” the former MP for Fomena bemoaned.
He questioned: What mistake has President Akufo-Addo and others done that should warrant insults on them?
According to Hon. Atta Boafo, perhaps it is the love of money which has influenced them to tear the leaders apart.
But he said that, “the youth must be aware that, it is the blessings of the Lord that makes a person to be rich.
“Good name is better than riches. If you are wealthy, it does not mean you have succeeded in life. What is important is the legacy you will leave behind,” he further added.
