Bawumia Is Not Your “Chewing Stick”- Ellen Daaku Warns Ernest Owusu Bempah
Ellen Ama Daaku has warned Ernest Owusu Bempah to desist from makings utterances that tarnishes the image of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
Her caution comes on the back of a statement by Owusu Bempah that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) made a bad choice by presenting Dr. Bawumia as their flagbearer for the 2024 Presidential election.
The statement by Owusu Bempah has been widely condemned and he has since tried to make further explanations to reduce the public backlash.
Responding to the issue on Movement TV, Ellen Ama Daaku directly warned Owusu Bempah not to attempt to redicule Dr. Bawumia by using him as his “chewing stick” in his analysis.
“Don’t make Dr. Bawumia your chewing stick”, she said.
The attempt by Owusu Bempah to indirectly campaign for his preferred candidate by directly attacking Bawumia, according to Ellen has backfired.
“It has backfired and this should serve as a caution to you. You can campaign for your preferred candidate but if you want to feel the heat, then you can continue”, she said.
