Member of Parliament for Suame, Lawyer John Darko, has strongly criticized the Speaker of Parliament's decision to suspend some MPs for two weeks. According to Lawyer Darko, the Speaker has no right to suspend elected representatives of the people. Speaking on Wontumi TV, Darko emphasized that the suspended MPs were elected by their constituents and therefore, the Speaker's decision is unconstitutional.
