Presiding Member at the Kwadaso Constituency, Ernest Frimpong, has expressed deep concerns over the chaotic incident that marred the Council of State election on February 11. Speaking on Wontumi's morning show in Kumasi, Frimpong alleged that the chaos was a deliberate act orchestrated by some NDC individuals to disrupt the electoral process.
