Asokwa NPP Secretary Donates PPE To Party
Papa Yaw Asare Bediako John, incumbent secretary at the Asokwa constituency of the New Patriotic Party on Thursday morning donated some personal protective equipment (PPE) to the party.
The items consisted of nose masks, washing soaps, hand sanitisers as well as long brooms.
Speaking to the media after a brief presentation ceremony, the constituency secretary said he was grateful to God for being able to give back to the party he loves.
He noted that the items were purchased by him at a cost of GHc 2000.00.
“It’s always a delight to give to NPP, a party I love and has given me opportunity to become an executive of this noble constituency and I pray others look to my gesture and do same”, the incumbent secretary posited.

Papa Yaw, as the famous secretary is known by party members said his desire is to see the NPP party in Asokwa grow to become the most famous and properly structured in Ghana.
The donation, he noted was to show the way forward for others to follow since the upcoming polling station elections would require the use of same.
He stressed Covid-19 was not gone and so the need for everyone to take preventive measures so as not to contract same.
He urged party members to stay true to the party and encouraged them not to support any aggrieved person who decides to part company with the party since that will mean forfeiture of member status.
“Be loyal to NPP and to the Asokwa constituency because the party would apply its regulations strictly to you when it is time for a decision to be taken for any acts one commits”, Papa Yaw stressed.
CHAIRMAN:
Receiving the items, Benjamin Fosu Nkromah, incumbent constituency chairman applauded the secretary for the gesture.
He noted that Papa Yaw had shown the way for others to follow and stressed that such gestures are welcome by the party.
Mr Nkromah called on party members who would be contesting for the upcoming polling station elections to abide by the party’s constitution.
He promised to ensure a peaceful process so that persons that would be elected would be seen to have come out from a transparent exercise.
