The Executive Director of the Ghana Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Dr Henry Kwabena Kokofu has teased that a victory by John Boadu to retain his seat as the New Patriotic Party’s General Secretary would create panic in the opposition National Democratic Party (NDC).
He said the two successive election victories by the NPP under the General Secretaryship of John Boadu is an achievement the NDC’s John Asiedu Nketiah is not comfortable with.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if, after the victory by John Boadu, Gen Mosquito would make an emphatic statement that he’s now going for the chairmanship position in the NDC”
Dr Kokofu who was among scores of NPP prominent members attending the National Delegates Conference was granted an audience by Wontumi TV in Accra to make a statement to the ruling party’s teeming supporters at the ongoing conference.
He noted that the suave John Boadu has what the NDC as a party doesn’t have so he should be retained.
Dr Kokofu used to be the Member of Parliament for Bantama.
