‘Ashawo’ business will boom in an unlikely event John Mahama becomes the President of Ghana again, Nicholas Omane Acheampong has shared his fears.
The renowned gospel musician believes Mr. Mahama will use his government to promote prostitution instead of focusing on addressing the needs of the poor.
In a studio interview on the Wontumi Morning Show, Nicholas Omane Acheampong warned Ghanaians not to exchange the New Patriotic Party government for the National Democratic Congress being led by John Mahama.
“Mahama will issue license for people to practice ashawo”, he said adding that the 2024 flagbearer of the NDC doesn’t even qualify to be put on the ballot paper.
