The president of the Republic Nana Akuffo-Addo has terminated the contract of the Minister of Stae in charge of the Finance Ministry, Charles Adu Boahen.
This step was taken by the President comes after the allegations leveled against Mr Charles Adu Boahen in investigative piece of Anas Aremeyaw Anas in his exposé ‘Galamsey Economy”.
Anas Aremeyaw Anas took to his social media page to share an excerpt of his exposé that will be showing today at 5 pm. He stated that the Finance Ministry Charles Adu Boahen alleged that vice president r. Mahamudu Bawumia needs US$2000,000 as an appearance fee to facilitate investment in the country.
“You mean, like appearance fees and stuff? I mean he, himself (the vice president), if you give him some (USD) 200,000 or something as a token, as thank you, appreciation, that’s fine. He’s not really, he’s not really (like) that. All he needs is to worry about his campaign money in 2022”, he revealed.
