President Akufo-Addo has been touted by the Asokwa Constituency Treasurer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) of running the most transparent government in the world.
Mr. Paul Kwabena Yandoh, a staunch member of the NPP stated on Wontumi TV that the election of Hon. Alban Bagbin as Speaker of Parliament, shows that the current government tolerates and values other politicians who are not members of the NPP.

He was however disappointed with the attitude of National Democratic Congress (NDC) legislators, noting that their reactions to issues in the country shows that they don’t love the country.
Mr. Paul Kwabena Yandoh opined that NDC members especially their legislators were a major obstruction to government business and that they see “governance as a joke”.
