Akufo-Addo Not Just A Trumpeter, He Delivers On Development Promises- Sanitation Minister
As part of efforts to solve open defecation dilemmas, the Akufo-Addo led government has put measures in place to build about 30,000 toilet facilities in the Greater Kumasi.
The Minister for Water and Sanitation, Hon. Cecilia Abena Dapaah disclosed this on Wontumi Radio Morning Show.
She said, within six months after cutting sod for the project, funds have been secured to kick start the construction.
Hon. Abena Dapaah indicated that the Akufo-Addo’s government does not just brag adding that, he secures loans to make development.
According to the Sanitation Minister, Akufo-Addo has the improvement of Asanteman at heart and wants the Region to benefit from any developmental project.
She expressed the hope that open defecation would be halted after the building of the toilet facilities.
