The Founder and President of the Atta Mills Institute, Koku Anyidoho has heaped praise on President Akufo-Addo stating that he has done what his predecessor, John Mahama failed do to when he was in office.
“This is not about politics but what Akufo-Addo is doing through the coastal belt authority is remarkable”, an elated Koku Anyidoho said in an interview on Wontumi TV concerning the rehabilitation of Asomdwe Park.
He stated that former President John Mahama’s government failed to listen to pleas from him to rehabilitate the resting place of the late former President John Evans Atta Mills when he brought it to his notice.
“As a deputy General Secretary for the NDC, I spoke to the NDC about Asomdwe park, but they never listened…Mahama failed to listen to pleas to transform the place”, he sadly said.
He therefore maintained that President Akufo-Addo deserves praise and credit for doing what John Mahama failed to do in government.
