A communications team member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Isaac Asare , has advised the rank and file of the party ahead of their national election to desist from acts that will work against the party in Election 2024.
Akonoba as he’s popularly known joined the political discussion on Movement In The Morning Show on Wontumi Radio/Movement TV.
According to him party politics is about numbers.
He said, ”we must do everything humanly possible to avoid members, supporters and sympathizers of the party resorting to apathy after the party’s internal elections for progress, growth and development of the party”.
Mr. Asare, who contested for the Greater Accra Regional Youth Organizer position in the NPPs regional elections but couldn’t win, urged all other aspirants who equally didn’t win to ensure they continue to serve the party like never before.
“I will plead with those who emerged winners to ensure they unite all those who lost the election so that we can all work together to break the eight. After elections no campaign- we are done with the elections so kindly put all your differences aside and let’s work for the main goal. We will have ourselves to blame if the National Democratic Congress (NDC) wins the 2024 elections,” he stressed.
