Achamfuor Receives 3rd Best Award In Recognition Of
Outstanding Performance.
The office of the Local Government Service commissioned a team to undertake end of year assessment performance contract.
The RCCs and MMDAs were being assessed on the implementation of a set of specific deliverables agreed upon for 2020 fiscal year.
The performance of the RCCs and MMDAs was ranked for recognition of outstanding performance for the purposes of reward and sanctions.
Afigya Kwabre North District Assembly was placed 1st in Ashanti Region and 3rd in Ghana. Yesterday 20th October, 2021,Afigya Kwabre North District was awarded as the 3rd best performing MMDAs in the year 2020 LGS performance contract Assessment.
The ceremony took place at AH hotel in Accra.
The Assembly was given a citation, two computers, one printer, one motor bike which was sponsored by UNICEF and JICA.
