Afari Military Hospital Doesn’t Have Executive Instrument- Lawyer Obiri Boahen
A Private Legal Practitioner, Nana Obiri Boahen has said authoritatively that the Military hospital situated at Afari in the Atwima Nwabiagya District of the Ashanti Region has no Executive Instrument (EI) to back it.
He threw a challenge for his license as a legal practitioner to be revoked should his claim be otherwise.
“Government has not acquired the military land legally,” he revealed.
The Deputy NPP General Secretary revealed that the custodians of the Military land have dragged the issue to court.
He said that he won’t be surprised if the owners of the land win the case in court.
