A “Small Boy” Like You Can’t Clear Mahama From Airbus Scandal- Chairman Wontumi Tells Kissi Agyebeng

The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, has openly told Kissi Agyebeng that he is a neophyte in law to attempt to clear John Mahama of any wrong doing after competent courts identified him as “Government Official 1” in the airbus scandal.

The Airbus scandal is a landmark case and according to Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako aka Chairman Wontumi,  Kissi Agyebeng as Special Prosecutor in Ghana shouldn’t attempt to exhibit his ignorance if he doesn’t have the full fact of the case.

President Akufo-Addo in 2020 referred the Airbus Scandal to the Special Prosecutor.

In a Deferred Prosecution Agreements from the US, the UK, and France, it was alleged that some individuals, including a Government Official (John Mahama) and an intermediary (Samuel Adam Forster), were implicated in alleged wrongdoing.

But Kissi Agyebeng released a Special Report from his outfit on the Airbus Scandal and exonerated former President John Mahama and his brother, Samuel Adam Forster, of any wrongdoing related to corruption and corruption-related offenses.

Reacting to his report, Chairman Wontumi stated that “and you small boy like you, can you clear? It is better that you will redraw…it will go against your integrity”.
