VOTING FOR WONTUMI IS VOTING FOR POWER FOR NPP IN 2028 – N.REG. NPP CHAIRMAN

Chairman Bernard Antwi Boasiako, continues to enjoy overwhelming endorsement from the grassroots across the length and breath of the country, as party faithful show their unalloyed support for his national chairman ambition.

And, particularly, in Tamale, capital of the Northern region, the wind of his impending victory, sweeping through all regions, with his hope message touching hearts of delegates, was not different.

The enthusiasm, the desire and the willingness exhibited by the Northern region, to work for the party, and Chairman Wontumi’s bid, is an indication that the party is ready to recapture political power.

The willingness to support the quest for Wontumi’s national bid in Tamale was summarized by its regional chairman, chairman Samba.

While welcoming the Ashanti Regional Chairman, to his region, Chairman Adam Mohammed Samba clearly observed that the region has identified its mistakes that contributed to the it’s abysmal performance in 2024, adding further that “it’s only Chairman Wontumi who can get us power”

He stressed: ” voting for Chairman Wontumi is voting for power in 2028…it will tell us we are ready to return to power.”

In his view, the party’s ultimate aim is to bring back power to the party ” and if this vibrant, energetic, visionary and practical man has shown how to win power, it is only wise we back him to lead us to victory”

The meeting with party executives of the Northern region, is the tenth region visited so far by chairman Wontumi. He is accompanied by Lawyer Kwame Adom Appiah, The Ashanti Regional Secretary of the party, Chairman Justice Appiah- 1st vice chairman of the Ahafo region, Regional Secretary, Bono East, David Boakye and Hon. Yaw Danso, former DCE for Bosome-Freho.
Others included: Chairman Karikari John, Effiduase Asokore constituency chairman, as well as other high ranking members of the party.
