You Should’ve Given Agradaa Fuel Coupons Not Dollars- Akim Oda MP To Sammy Gyamfi

Instead of openly gifting Agradaa dollars for fuel, Sammy Gyamfi should have acted with discretion and given her fuel coupons, Hon. Alexander Akwasi Acquah, has said.

The Member of Parliament for Akim Oda Constituency suggested that as a public officer, the best option Sammy Gyamfi could have opted for was to give Agradaa fuel coupons.

In a studio interview with Kwaku Dawuro on Movement TV, Akwasi Acquah questioned the source of Sammy Gyamfi’s wealth by arguing that he wasn’t known to be sharing dollars when the National Democratic Congress (NDC) was in opposition.

“Was this guy sharing dollars when he was in opposition?” he asked.

Sammy Gyamfi was caught on video doling out fresh and crisp dollars to self-acclaimed prophetess, Patricia Oduro Koranteng aka Agradaa.

After few days of investigation, the government of President Mahama through its spokesperson came out to tell Ghanaians that Sammy Gyamfi has done no wrong.

But Akwasi Acquah stated that the outcome of the investigations doesn’t surprise him because Sammy Gyamfi is the “darling boy” of President Mahama.

“Mahama doesn’t have the fortitude to punish him”, he said.
