Soon You’ll Need NDC Card to Win Court Cases – Daniel Teiko

A member of the NPP’s communications team, Daniel Teiko, has leveled accusations against the NDC government, led by President Mahama, alleging that they are plotting to pack the courts with NDC judges.

According to Teiko, this plan would compromise the independence of the judiciary and allow the President to dictate the law.

“Just calling a dog a bad name just to hang it,” Teiko remarked, suggesting that the NDC’s concerns about the judiciary are unfounded and motivated by politics.

He believes that President Mahama’s past actions, particularly his comments about the judiciary while in opposition, suggest that he is behind the petitions filed against the Chief Justice.

Teiko warned that if the NDC succeeds in packing the courts with their judges, it would undermine the rule of law and the judiciary’s ability to function impartially.

“If you don’t have an NDC party card, you can’t win any case at the court,” Teiko alleged, highlighting the potential consequences of the NDC’s alleged plan.

He cautioned that the NDC’s approach would have far-reaching consequences, emphasizing that “what is good for the goose is good for the gander.”
