The Bono Regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe Abronye, is promising to use part of the alleged cocaine proceeds to settle the GHC10 million suit Joyce Bawa filed against him in court.
Joyce Bawah Mogtari, Presidential Advisor and Special Aide to President John Dramani Mahama, has issued a formal demand to the Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), requesting an unqualified apology and a GH₵10 million compensation over what she describes as defamatory remarks made during a televised interview.
But in responding to issue on Movement TV, the NPP firebrand stated that “there is money in this country. The alleged cocaine money that has arrived…I will use some to compensate her”.
There has been rampant busting of cocaine in Ghana recently since President John Mahama took over power.
Popular among them is the AirMed story at Kotoka International Airport which was broken by Rev. Ntim Fordjour.
