MP Challenges Mahama And Felix To State Role In Cocaine Saga

Rev Ntim Fordjour has challenged President John Dramani Mahama and his aide, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, to openly tell Ghanaians their role in the recent cocaine bust.

“If there is anything they know about the matter, they should make it public”, he said.

According to him, if President Mahama believes there is nothing to fear, he should also make it public and stop acting hurt.

“Just this simple question and Mahama is claiming we have bruised his sour. And Kwakye Ofosu is also saying we have bruised his sour”, he remarked.

He also cautioned President Mahama to allow the security agencies space to do an independent work.

“They are not giving the security agencies space to tackle the issue”, he said.

The Member of Parliament for Assin South stated on Movement TV last Saturday that he gets sick in the stomach anything he hears Felix Kwakye Ofosu attempting to explain security matters surrounding the cocaine issue.

“The minority caucus is raising issues with the security agencies; we have not asked Kwakye Ofosu any question. He doesn’t know anything about security”, he said.

Two suspected flights recently left Ghana for Gran Canaria and Rev Ntim Fordjour alleged that they have picked up intel that it is “either cocaine or money laundering”.

Rev Ntim Fordjour continued that the minority caucus in parliament is dealing with credible security agencies adding that “they should let us know what they saw”.
