The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has scheduled its National Delegates Conference for Saturday, September 19, 2026, where the party will elect its national officers.
According to a statement from General Secretary Justin Kodua Frimpong, the National Council approved the decision following meetings held on June 25, 2026. The statement noted that delegates will handle several matters at the conference, including the election of national officers in line with Article 10(1) of the Party Constitution.
Ahead of the conference, the NPP is also calling on members to submit proposals for possible amendments to the party’s constitution. Members have until Friday, July 17, 2026, to send in their submissions.
