NDC’s Are Just Content Creators- Kwaku Agyei

A member of the NPP communications team, Kweku Agyei has criticized the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), describing the party as “content creators” who are not making meaningful contributions toward national development.

Speaking on Wontumi TV’s morning show hosted by Oheneba Nana Asiedu, Agyei alleged that the party, led by former President John Dramani Mahama, lacks the capacity to effectively govern.

“The NDC are just content creators who are not making any real effort to improve the country,” he said. “They do not have the capacity to deliver for Ghanaians, and their actions have brought little to no positive impact.”

Agyei further claimed that many Ghanaians now regret supporting the NDC, adding that some citizens have begun to appreciate the leadership of former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia, the current flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

“People are beginning to see the difference and are now appreciating what Akufo-Addo and Bawumia have done for this country,” he stated.

He also credited the Akufo-Addo administration with its handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“If the NDC had been in power during COVID-19, the situation could have been far worse,” he argued.

Touching on the cocoa sector, Agyei criticised Mahama’s record, alleging mismanagement.

“Decisions taken under Mahama’s leadership negatively affected cocoa farmers and the entire industry,” he claimed.

He further made allegations regarding the use of state funds.

“There are serious concerns about how state resources were used, and these actions did not serve the interest of Ghanaians,” he added. However, these claims remain unverified.
